How to create free coaching packages

A free package is created when you want leads (not only your existing clients on Delenta) to register on your packages. By creating a free package you can offer your services to these leads/new clients for free and this will enable them to start booking sessions as soon as they set up their client portal.

To create a free coaching package, head over to Coaching Packages, click New Package and then choose if you would like to create a free one to one coaching package or a group coaching package. 

If you have not yet set up your payment and connected your PayPal or Stripe to Delenta you will see the following pop-up, you can then either choose to connect your payment or continue on to create your free package and select the Create a Free Package and then chose between a free one to one package or group package.

It will then automatically set the package to Free.

Add in the package information including the title, session duration, number of sessions and description. You can then upload Terms & Conditions. 

Note: your Terms & Conditions will have to be uploaded as a PDF file and publish the package immediately to your public profile by clicking the Publish this to my public profile checkbox before selecting Create Package you would like for this package to be published straight away. 

If you have already connected your payment via Integrations then when you click New Package and then either one to one or group coaching package you will need to choose the Free option from the Package Type dropdown.

If you are creating a free group coaching package the process is the same you'll need to use the CREATE GROUP COACHING PACKAGE option and also include the group size as well as the session schedule. 

How can clients request sessions for free packages?

Similar to requesting sessions for paid coaching packages, clients can book their sessions via their client portal. Read more here

How can I track sessions for free packages?

Sessions for free packages are tracked the same as sessions for paid packages. Once the session is completed it will show in the completed sessions tab under My Sessions and will also be recorded on the coaching log as "PRO BONO". You can read more about tracking sessions here
