How to initiate a chat message with your client

Step 1: Go to your My Contacts page.
Step 2: Search for the client you want to start a chat conversation with. Click VIEW DETAILS
Step 3: Click on the MESSAGE icon to open up the chat dialog box.
Step 4: Enter your message in the message box and click SEND.
This will alert your client via an email that they have received a message from you. Below is an example of the email your client will receive.
Your client will be able see the message alert on their message inbox of their client portal as shown in the image below:
