How can clients book sessions?

Clients can book their coaching sessions via the client portal. In order to do so, they must have an active coaching package, either a paid or free package directly from your Delenta profile or as they must have a coaching engagement. When there is an active coaching package or engagement attached to the client's account they can book sessions via the Book your next session button on their dashboard or from the My Sessions area.

 


If there is not an active package, then the book session button will be inactive. Group coaching packages can only be booked by the Coach, so if your client only has a group coaching package then the book session button will be inactive.


Clients can view their packages in the My Purchases area.


To book a session, clients will select a suitable date and time. If they have multiple coaching packages or engagements, then they can select the correct package from the drop-down. Clients are able to send a message along with your booking request via the Reply to Coach button. 


You will receive an email informing you of the clients' booking request and will be able to see the request in your Calendar as a pending session (in blue). Once you accept the booking, your client will receive an email confirmation for the session and it will appear in My Sessions and under Upcoming Sessions.
